Gareth Stephens
Managing Director
Gareth is an experienced electrical design engineer, with years of invaluable experience of successfully overseeing and completing significant projects (Solar PV / LED / EV / Electrical / Biomass) from conception to completion. Having established the business with James Martin, Gareth looks after the project management and design for LCS.
Gareth has a proven ability to improve efficiency by finding solutions to complex problems, all to tight work schedules. He thrives on new challenges, especially when it comes to juggling house renovation while having a very young family...crazy.
James Martin
Head of Business Development
James has years of experience in automation and renewable technology, leading business development teams for major innovation companies before setting up LCS with Gareth.
When not getting excited about emerging technology and ‘thought leadership’, James spends time with the family getting bossed around by his three girls. He also remains eternally optimistic that Manchester United will rise again from the shadows of its petulant neighbour.
James trains and runs ultra-marathons in his spare time...yes you read correctly, that’s what he does in his spare time!
Adam Blatt
Business Development Manager
A seasoned sales and business development professional, Adam focuses on Business Development for LCS.
After years of experience working in the renewable and energy management sector, he demonstrates an exceptional understanding of the client’s needs and what best suit the business according to their budgets and goals.
You can expect 100% transparency, no horror stories, and nasty surprises when working with Adam. We have seen his eating habits in the office, so that last statement is open to interpretation...!
Harriet Wicks
Accounts Manager
Harriet is an experienced Accounts Manager, where she coordinates all accounting and payroll tasks at LCS Energy.
As a Mum of 3 young children (4 if you include Gareth), Harriet has an incredible ability to multitask and deal with all manner of challenging situations!
In her spare time Harriet likes juggling home renovation with a young family and Gareth...as she says, she likes all manner of challenging situations!
Kelly Armstrong
Operations Manager
Kelly has over twenty years of experience as an administrator to cover a spectrum of business sectors.
She likes to be organised and loves a bit of variation in her role. She appreciates that administration is vitally important and the key to any successful business so, she is the cornerstone to helping LCS tick along!
As a mother of two boys, home life is spent keeping the boys in check, while work-life is definitely spent keeping the men in check!
